These delicious energy bites are quick to make and packed with wholesome ingredients like dates, cashews, and cacao, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits and Nuts

  • 100 g medjool dates (pitted)
  • 75 g roasted unsalted cashews
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 20 g cacao powder
  • 20 g desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.
  • Scoop and roll mixture into 12 balls, then coat lightly with extra coconut.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
