A delicious no-bake treat combining oats, chocolate, and peanut butter for a quick and satisfying dessert.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Press half of the oat mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  • Melt butter, brown sugar, and vanilla; stir in oats. Spread over crust.
  • Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; pour over the oat layer.
  • Crumble remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer and press gently.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best results, let the bars come to room temperature before serving.
