A delicious no-bake treat combining oats, chocolate, and peanut butter for a quick and satisfying dessert.
Ingredients
Dough

butter

packed brown sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

quick cooking oats
1
cup
semisweet chocolate chips
1/2
cup
peanut butter
Instructions
Press half of the oat mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
Melt butter, brown sugar, and vanilla; stir in oats. Spread over crust.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; pour over the oat layer.
Crumble remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer and press gently.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best results, let the bars come to room temperature before serving.
