Delicious and healthy no-bake bars packed with protein and chocolate flavor, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Dough mixture

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips ((or more))
  • 2 tsp coconut oil ((optional, see notes))

Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  • Press the dough into a parchment-lined dish.
  • Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil until melted, then pour over the pressed dough.
  • Spread evenly and chill for 5 minutes until set.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Optional flaky sea salt on top adds a nice touch.
