Delicious and healthy no-bake bars packed with protein and chocolate flavor, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
Dough mixture

peanut butter

cup
chocolate protein powder
1/4
cup
maple syrup

cocoa powder

tbsp
almond flour

tsp
vanilla extract

salt
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
((or more))

coconut oil

Instructions
Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until combined.
Press the dough into a parchment-lined dish.
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil until melted, then pour over the pressed dough.
Spread evenly and chill for 5 minutes until set.
Slice into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Optional flaky sea salt on top adds a nice touch.
