Delicious and healthy no-bake bars packed with protein, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

oat flour (gluten free, if needed)

coconut flour (sifted)
(Can sub for almond or more oat flour)

Wet ingredients

peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

maple syrup (can use agave nectar, honey, or brown rice syrup)

Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat peanut butter and maple syrup until melted, then combine with dry mixture. Add milk if needed.
Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
