No Bake Chocolate Protein Bars

Delicious and healthy no-bake bars packed with protein, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour (gluten free, if needed)
  • 0.5 cup coconut flour (sifted) (Can sub for almond or more oat flour)
  • 0.5 cup protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Wet ingredients

  • 0.5 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup (can use agave nectar, honey, or brown rice syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice (* See notes)

Instructions 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Heat peanut butter and maple syrup until melted, then combine with dry mixture. Add milk if needed.
  • Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
