Delight in these quick, no-bake paleo chocolate almond butter bars that are perfect for a healthy, indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Almond Butter Layer

  • 1 cup natural unsalted almond butter or homemade almond butter
  • ¼ cup 2 tablespoons cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup cup coconut flour

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 cup cup vegan chocolate chips or chopped paleo chocolate
  • ½ cup cup unsalted natural almond butter or homemade almond butter

Instructions 

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth, then fold in coconut flour.
  • Spread the almond butter mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Heat chocolate chips until melted, then pour over the almond butter layer and smooth out.
  • Freeze for 45-60 minutes until hardened, then slice into 16 bars.
