Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake treats combining peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut oil for a perfect snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Dough

peanut butter

powdered sugar

butter, melted

semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals until melted.
Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment paper. Optional: drizzle with extra chocolate.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set and treats are firm.
