Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake treats combining peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut oil for a perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (✅)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (✅)

Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals until melted.
  • Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment paper. Optional: drizzle with extra chocolate.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is set and treats are firm.
