Delicious and easy-to-make no bake peanut butter bars that are perfect for a quick treat or snack.
Ingredients
Base

creamy all natural drippy peanut butter
3/4
cup
blanched almond flour
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1/2
tablespoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
sea salt

semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

tablespoons
peanut butter

tablespoon
coconut oil
flaky sea salt
for topping
Instructions
Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined. Press into pan.
Heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer.
Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into 12-14 bars and top with flaky sea salt.
