Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake peanut butter bars perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
Dough

butter, softened

creamy peanut butter

powdered confectioners sugar

vanilla extract
Chocolate topping

chocolate chips or chunks

butter or coconut oil
Instructions
Mix butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Press into a parchment-lined 9x13-inch pan.
Combine chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted (~1.5 min).
Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Let sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes until chocolate sets. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
Lift bars using parchment paper, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into squares.
