These easy, no-bake bars combine peanut butter, oats, and chocolate for a delicious and healthy treat.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Microwave peanut butter and honey until melted, then mix.
  • Stir in oats until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
