These No Bake Protein Balls are a delicious and healthy snack packed with protein and energy!

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups no stir creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1.33 cups old fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix peanut butter, honey, oats, protein powder, salt, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  • Drop mixture onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet using a scoop.
  • Roll into balls with your hands.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until hardened.
  • Store in a ziploc bag in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

These protein balls are great for meal prep and can be stored for a week in the fridge!
