Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain, rinse, and cool.
Mix dressing ingredients, adding water to loosen as needed.
Steam or boil green beans until tender but crisp, then cool.
Combine noodles, vegetables, and dressing in a large bowl, toss well.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve at room temperature.
