Ingredients

Liquid

  • 4 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 2.65 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter (Chocolate)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Chocolate)

Instructions 

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together
  • Put your oatmeal into a jar or something with a cover
  • Place your oatmeal into the fridge overnight

Notes

Use a jar with a tight lid for easy storage and transport.
