Ingredients

Liquid

  • 6 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Chocolate)

Cocoa & Coconut

  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour

Nutella & Flavor

  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Dairy & Fruit

  • ¼ cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
  • ½ banana Banana
  • ¼ cup Ice

Instructions 

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend them together

Use a high-speed blender for the best texture.
