Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with spices. Sear in oil until golden, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet with butter. Add potatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze.
Nestle chicken back into the skillet. Transfer to oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve straight from the pan.
