Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Roast for 10 minutes.
Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon, salt, and pepper; rub onto chicken. Place on pan.
After 10 minutes, add chicken to pan and roast 15 minutes.
Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and add to pan. Roast 15–20 minutes until cooked.
Rest chicken 5 minutes, then serve everything from the pan.
Notes
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
