A quick and hearty one-pot meal combining ground beef, pasta, and flavorful seasonings for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni or any short pasta
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in broth, milk, pasta, tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; simmer 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid absorbed.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted; adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add extra vegetables or spice it up with chili flakes for more flavor.
