A quick and hearty one-pot meal combining ground beef, pasta, and flavorful seasonings for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

lean ground beef

onion, diced

garlic, minced

beef broth

milk

elbow macaroni or any short pasta

diced tomatoes

tomato paste

Instructions
Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
Stir in broth, milk, pasta, tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid absorbed.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted; adjust seasoning as needed.
Garnish with parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add extra vegetables or spice it up with chili flakes for more flavor.
