Instructions
Cook broccoli, shallot, and garlic; sear chicken with Cajun seasoning; then steam broccoli.
Sauté shallots and garlic in butter; add broth, cream, and pasta; simmer until pasta is just under al dente.
Return chicken and broccoli to pan; add Parmesan and simmer until sauce thickens. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste and serve immediately for best flavor.
