Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning; toss to coat.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through; remove and set aside.
Sauté onion in the same skillet for 2 minutes, then add broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers; cook until crisp-tender.
Deglaze with chicken broth, then return chicken to skillet and stir to combine. Garnish with parsley and chili flakes if desired.
Notes
