A flavorful and easy one-pot dish combining tender chicken shawarma spices with fluffy rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook chicken until golden, then add garlic and spices.
Stir in rice to coat with spices.
Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, let sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff and serve.
