A quick and flavorful one-pot meal combining tender chicken, fragrant garlic, and fluffy rice for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Aromatics

fresh garlic, minced

Broth & Sauces

low-sodium chicken broth

unsalted butter

Instructions
Chop garlic, measure rice, and trim chicken.
Heat oil and butter in a large pot. Sauté garlic, then cook chicken until browned.
Add rice, broth, and soy sauce; stir well.
Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat, stir in herbs, and serve.
Notes
