A quick and flavorful one-pot meal combining seasoned beef, pasta, and vegetables for a satisfying dinner.

0.5teaspooncayenne pepper(can add more or less depending on your preferred spice level)

130gsweetcorn

200guncooked fusilli pasta
500mlbeef stock

3tbsplight cream cheese

Instructions
Add ground beef to a deep frying pan over medium-high heat and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning ingredients, stir to coat, then remove and set aside.
Spray the pan with cooking oil, then fry onion, garlic, and peppers for a few minutes until softened.
Return beef to pan, add passata and corn, then stir. Add uncooked pasta and beef stock, bring to a boil, then simmer until pasta is tender, about 12-13 minutes. Add water if needed.
Stir in cream cheese and cheddar until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with sliced spring onions and chopped coriander if using. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
