A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish with a zesty lemon garlic cream sauce, cooked entirely in one skillet for convenience.
Ingredients

Instructions
Pound chicken to ½ inch thickness, season with salt and pepper.
Mix chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Brown chicken in olive oil, then remove from skillet.
Sauté shallots, add broth mixture, simmer until thickened, then add butter and cream.
Return chicken to skillet, cook in oven at 375ºF for 5-8 minutes, then garnish with herbs and serve.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or veggies for a complete meal.
