A quick and flavorful one-skillet dish combining tender steak, spicy garlic butter, and cheesy pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Meat

steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced thin

spaghetti or linguine

beef broth

unsalted butter

garlic, minced

red pepper flakes
(adjust to taste)

grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 0.5 cup butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper; sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then add pasta; cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Return steak to skillet, stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
