A quick and flavorful one-skillet dish combining tender steak, spicy garlic butter, and cheesy pasta for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced thin
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper (to season)
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, melt 0.5 cup butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper; sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then add pasta; cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  • Return steak to skillet, stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
