Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper; rub on chicken and place on baking sheet.
Halve potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and herbs; spread on sheet.
Roast for 30 minutes, then flip potatoes and add green beans tossed in olive oil and seasoning. Roast another 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Check that chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and potatoes are golden. Serve with lemon slices if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze lemon over the dish before serving.
