A refreshing and creamy smoothie combining ripe peaches with coconut flavors, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces ripe peaches, halved, stones removed and roughly chopped
  • 0.33 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup chilled coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 0.75 cup ice-cubes

Toppings

  • Extra sliced peach and mint leaves, to serve

Instructions 

  • Place peaches, coconut cream, coconut water, lime juice, and honey into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend until crushed.
  • Pour into glasses and top with sliced peach and mint leaves.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and adjust sweetness with honey as needed.
