(Adjust amount for desired sweetness and texture)

Instructions
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, peaches, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl.
Stir well and let sit for a few minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and top with yogurt, peach slices, or your favorite toppings.
