  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1-2 packets Sweetener (*Optional)
  • 0.5 container Greek Yogurt ( 2.65 Ounces Fat Free Peach)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
  • 1 piece Peach
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions
