0.33cupsmaple syrup
0.5tspvanilla
2tbspalmond butter
Peaches
3mediumpeaches
3tbspsugar
Yogurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, coconut, pecans, olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond butter to make granola. Bake until golden.
Slice peaches, toss with sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Increase oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast peaches for 12-14 minutes until tender.
Assemble bowls with yogurt, warm peaches, and granola. Serve immediately.
