Enjoy a refreshing and nutritious peach smoothie bowl, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 16 oz frozen peaches
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 medium banana
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 0.5 medium peach
  • 0.5 medium banana
  • 0.5 cup granola
  • a sprinkle optional chia seeds (optional)
  • to taste optional honey or maple syrup (to sweeten)

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in the blender, starting with the softer ones and half of the frozen peaches. Blend until thick and smooth, adding more liquid or ice as needed.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  • Divide the smoothie mixture into bowls. Top with fresh fruit, granola, and chia seeds.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit; for a thinner one, add more liquid or ice.
