Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 medium fresh peaches, sliced

Grains

  • 0.5 cup granola

Sweeteners

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Layer half of the Greek yogurt in a glass or bowl.
  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  • Add half of the peach slices on top.
  • Sprinkle with half of the granola.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and finish with peaches and honey.
