A delicious and healthy chia pudding layered with fresh peaches and creamy yogurt, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

fresh or canned peaches, diced
(plus extra for topping)

Instructions
Blend almond milk, half of the diced peaches, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar, stir in chia seeds, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes.
Once set, stir the pudding and spoon into glasses or jars.
Layer with remaining diced peaches and top with Greek yogurt or coconut cream.
Finish with additional peaches, granola, or honey before serving.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and adjust sweetness to taste.
