Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix peanut butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined.
Whisk in oats, oat flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and top with extra chocolate chips and sea salt.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, then cool before serving.
