These delicious no-bake peanut butter coconut balls are perfect for a quick snack or healthy treat, combining creamy peanut butter, coconut, and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Dough mixture

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla until sticky.
  • Add oats, coconut, hemp seeds, and cinnamon; mix well.
  • Scoop dough and roll into balls.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate to set.
