Delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter crunch bars with a chocolate topping, perfect for a quick treat or snack.
Ingredients

Instructions
Line a 15 cm (6 inch) or 18 cm (7 inch) pan with parchment paper.
Mix liquid sweetener, 1/2 cup peanut butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Stir in rice puffs until well-coated, then press mixture into the prepared pan.
Optional: Spread 1/3 cup peanut butter on top of the mixture.
Melt chocolate chips and pour over the mixture, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for about 60 minutes, then cut into bars and enjoy.
Notes
Use a hot knife to cut for cleaner edges. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
