  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.65 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Vanilla)
  • 4 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 2-3 hours.
