These delicious energy balls combine oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon for a healthy, no-bake snack perfect for on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Blend oats and flaxseed in a food processor.
  • Mix the blended oats and flaxseed with peanut butter, honey, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 12 balls, about 1 inch each, and place on wax paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
