Ingredients

Dried Goods

  • 0.5 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 8 Ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1.5 Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (Chocolate)
  • 2 Teaspoons Sweetener

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or shaker bottle.
  • Blend or shake until smooth.
  • Pour into a pan and heat on low-medium for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
