Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
  • 3 tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites (or 1 Large Egg White)
  • 3 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Nut Butter & Spread

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Jelly (Low Sugar)

Protein Powder

  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)

Grains & Oats

  • 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Fruits & Flavorings

  • 1 small Banana
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Preheat waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit.
