Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (i used whole milk)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (pb2 powder)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste)
  • chocolate chips and peanuts (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, crushed peanuts, and chocolate chips.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust the maple syrup or stevia to your preference.
