Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Spray a ramekin with cooking oil.
Mix oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add apple sauce, egg whites, almond milk, and brown sugar; stir until combined.
Pour batter into ramekin, top with pecans, and drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake for 23-25 minutes until risen and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes.
Drizzle pecan butter on top and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh pecans for best flavor and consider doubling the pecans for extra crunch.
