Ingredients

Crust and Topping

  • 1 cup pecans
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, (melted)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Filling

  • 4 packages cream cheese, (room temperature)
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream, (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs, (room temperature)
  • 1 ¾ cups pecans, (chopped)
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar, (packed)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
