Vegetables

  • 1 green bell pepper green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

Bread

  • 4 hoagie rolls hoagie rolls

Cheese

  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in sliced peppers and onions; cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Divide the steak and vegetable mixture among hoagie rolls, top with provolone slices, and add butter if desired.
