Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Combine yogurt, olive oil, salt, and the frothy yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
Divide dough into 8 balls, let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll each ball into a flat circle and cook on a lightly oiled skillet until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Optional: sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For softer bread, let the dough rise longer before cooking.
