  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup popcorn kernels (unpopped)
  • 0.25 tsp salt (optional)
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (125°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium-high heat, then add popcorn kernels and cover. Shake until popped.
  • Heat maple syrup in a saucepan until boiling, then boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour hot maple syrup over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly. Transfer to baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
