A deliciously sweet and crunchy treat combining popcorn and pecans coated in caramel, perfect for snacking or sharing.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
Mix popcorn and pecans; set aside.
Cook brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup until boiling; remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
Pour caramel over popcorn and pecans; stir to coat evenly.
Spread on a baking sheet; bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool on parchment; break into clusters before serving.
