Delicious soft pretzel bites perfect for snacking or parties. Easy to make at home with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Dough

baking soda (for boiling water)

Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until foamy. Add salt, flour, and butter; knead into smooth dough.
Let dough rest in a warm place until doubled in size.
Shape dough into ropes, cut into bite-sized pieces, then boil in water with baking soda for 20–30 seconds.
Remove bites, drain, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with melted butter after baking.
