These delicious and protein-packed pretzel peanut butter balls are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate!)
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese (Full, Reduced, or Fat Free)
  • 6 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 5 Pretzels Chocolate Covered Pretzels
  • ΒΌ teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Instructions 

  • Process the oats until desired texture.
  • Crush the pretzels.
  • Mix all ingredients until clumpy.
  • Shape into balls and press in pretzels if desired.
