These protein balls are a delicious and nutritious snack, perfect for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats ((or quick oats for a smoother texture))
  • 1/2 cup protein powder ((any flavor of your choice))
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ((for fiber and omega-3s))

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter ((or almond butter))
  • 1/4 cup honey ((or maple syrup for a vegan option))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk or water ((to help with consistency))
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips ((optional but delicious!))

Instructions 

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
