A healthy and protein-packed banana bread perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

Rolled Oats (turned into oat flour)
(Blend oats into flour)

Sweetener

Protein Powder (Vanilla or Banana)

Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Ground Cinnamon

Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds, etc)
Wet Ingredients

Egg Whites

Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Vanilla Extract

(Ripe bananas)

Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Instructions
Blend oats into flour.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine dry and wet mixtures gradually.
Coat a bread pan with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 35-40 minutes.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
