Ingredients

Bananas

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix dry into wet, add honey, and stir until just combined.
  • Pour batter into pan, bake 45-50 minutes, cool before slicing.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
